Orant Ltd. Guarantees all components to the original user against defects in the material and workmanship for a period of (1) year from the invoice date, provided the unit has been installed and serviced in accordance with general trade practices and has been operated under normal conditions.

NOTE: Glass and sale items excluded.

Oran’s obligation under this warranty is limited to the furnishings of replacement parts due to manufacturing defects, provided the defective parts are returned with proof of purchase.

Warranty does not cover replacement of parts damaged because of misuse, negligence, accident and normal wear and tear, nor shall it apply to components that have been altered and/or repaired outside the factory unless authorized by the manufacturer. Glass breakage from any cause is not covered under this warranty.

Any general service taking place within six months of purchase (limited to Barbados) will include: (a) ensuring that the product is functioning properly (b) lubrication (c) minor adjustments as necessary and (d) any replacement parts covered under warranty. Labour cost will be charges for any service provided after the six month general service policy.

Oran Limited is not liable for any structural damage during the installation or removal of our products.

We accept cash and most major credit cards for your convenience.

We do not offer financing.

To pay with a check, you must have a pre approved account. Please contact
accounts@oranltd.com to request an account approval form.

Timing varies:

  • If your product is in stock and is standard sizing, you can purchase immediately.
  • If your product is custom made with specific colours or sizing, it can take anywhere  between 4 to 8 weeks. It will depend on time of year and the product purchased.

A service call out fee is applicable before the service can be scheduled. Payment can be made at our Sheraton or Harbour Road showrooms or via direct bank transfer.

Afterwards, our service coordinator will contact you with an appointment date.
