Vision Series Sash (Single Hung & Double Hung)

The Sureline 2000 UPVC single & double hung sash windows are both high quality windows that ensure an
attractive appearance for years to come. The glass is siliconed to the frame for extra weather tightness. The sliding sash remains at any desired position when open. The double hung provides aesthetic appeal with frames & sash that feature heavy duty, fusion welded vinyl construction that is strong, durable and will never need painting. The double hung sash window features the ability to operate both sashes gaining greater ventilation and control where as with the single hung the top sash is fixed and only the bottom is
operable.

The Vision Series includes the following styles: Sash, Slider, and Casement & Awning. These windows are available in 3 groups. Vision is the standard, residential version with 3mm glass with or without muntins. Vision Plus is the upgraded version with 6.38mm laminated glass. This upgrade meets NAFS specifications for wind loading and water penetration performance. The Vision Impact is the highest standard to meet Florida Building Code Wind Zone 3 Specifications with 8.28mm laminated or 21mm laminated and insulated.

Oran’s Royalguard UPVC windows meet & exceed the Miami Dade County & Florida Building code protocols for large missile impact specifications. This range of products have been engineered & tested to these standards. The rigorous large missile impact test involves shooting a 8ft long 2×4 at the product from a cannon. The glass must break, but it has to stay in the frame to resist positive & negative wind & water pressures, that simulate category 5 hurricane forces. This product has a robust 3 ¼” deep frame with aluminum reinforcement. The glass is secured to the frame using DOW 995 structural silicone. All hardware is of the highest quality & is certified for use in the product.
